Michael Phelps & His Model Girlfriend Hit The Red Carpet!

Is that a gal pal we see?!?
Michael Phelps and Megan Rossee made their relationship official on Monday night by arriving hand-in-hand to the Speedo Athlete Celebration at the Kensington Roof Gardens.
The most decorated Olympian looked great in his blue blazer, white button up and slacks, while his model of a lady friend wore a curve-hugging dressed that was almost as tight as one of Michael’s Speedos.
We’re just glad Mikey brought Megan instead of his arsenal of medals. At least girlfriends can be replaced.
