Michael Phelps was just busted in Maryland for his SECOND DUI offense.
He was quick to issue an apology, and took responsibility for his DUI, excessive speeding, and crossing double lane lines.
Now we’re hearing it seems Phelps might’ve been on his way home after an 8-hour binge gambling session at the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore.
He apparently arrived at the casino around 5pm on Monday and gambled in a private VIP room until about 1am.
He was playing blackjack and possibly other card games. Seeing as how he’s apparently big into poker, we’d be surprised if there wasn’t a little of that involved too!

Oh and he was definitely drinking in the casino. Word on the street is he was tossing back beers. The casino regular was then pulled over only a few miles from the gambling establishment.
We’re honestly just glad no one was injured that night! Things could’ve always turned out much worse.
