Last week FLOTUS arrived in Orlando, Florida to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the Let’s Move campaign wearing a $39.99 sleeveless chiffon dress from the designer’s Target collection.
We love how she finished off the look with a bright blue cardigan and red belt. It’s so patriotic and chic!
