Mick Jagger Reveals For The First Time How He's Doing Since The Death Of Longtime Girlfriend L'Wren Scott

mick jagger discusses lwren scott for the first time since her death
They say time heals all wounds.
So we’re glad to see that Mick Jagger is doing better since his late girlfriend L’Wren Scott‘s suicide on March 17th.
The Rolling Stones song and dance man recently appeared on Today to promote the James Brown biopic Get On Up that he’s producing, and briefly spoke about his year since L’Wren’s death.
The show aired this past Friday and Matt Lauer brought up the late fashion designer almost immediately, asking how Mick was doing these days.
Here’s what Mick Jagger’s response was:

“I’m doing OK. It was difficult, you know, very hard year, but I got back into it by working on touring with the [Rolling] Stones in Europe, and doing other things, including doing this great movie. [I’ve gotten] a lot of support and I really appreciate that.”

The interview quickly moved on to the James Brown movie and all of the people who have made that movie happen.
We’re sure the fact that L’Wren Scott is no longer here will always be painful for Mick Jagger, but we’re glad that he seems to be doing at least OK these days.
Sometimes moving on after a loved one departs this life is the hardest thing to accept. But we’re sure that is what L’Wren would’ve wanted him to do.
Stay strong, Mick.
