Miley Carries Little Sophie

Miley Cyrus was spotted going to an Orthepedic Center with her tiny, yet mighty cute dog Sophie.
So adorbs! She looks like a little stuffed animal.
The pop sensation was seen holding a bag that looks to be filled with prescription medication of some kind.
Then again, it could also be two jars of tomato sauce.
Whatever is in that bag, we hope Miley and Sophie are both in perfect health because we’re looking forward to seeing them at the Grammy’s this Sunday!
