Looks like salvia isn’t the only thing Miley Cyrus is smoking!

At the singer’s private 19th birthday bash at the Roosevelt Hotel Beacher’s Madhouse Club in El Lay last week, Miley was given a Bob Marley birthday cake, in which she told the crowd:
“You know you├óΓé¼Γäóre a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”
Well, well, well! What a brazen announcement to make – especially in front of your parents! Yes, Miley’s mom and dad, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus were in attendance, as well.
Pal Kelly Osbourne, who stood next to Miley as she blew out her candles, then took the mic and said:
“I thought salvia was your problem!”
Not only that, a party-goer who was at the party, admitted:
“Everyone in the room knows she├óΓé¼Γäós a pothead.”
And, now it’s pretty obvious that Miley isn’t even denying it!
Tsk, tsk Miley. You just can’t be tamed!
Kelly later tweeted that it was all a “joke.” Hmmm… Are U buying it??
