Miley Cyrus And Her New BFF

Miley Cyrus was spotted once again with her tiny dog, Sophie, while out and about in El Lay.
The pop star flashed the “peace” sign as she exited her car and passed photographers while holding the pint sized pup.
It looks like Miley has found her new bff and we couldn’t be happier because Sophie is absolutely adorbs!
