Could Miley Cyrus really have ruined a little sick girl’s day?
That seems to have been the case, as she recently met with a brave 7-year-old cancer patient named Miley Hodge who is in the throes of a deadly fight with Stage IV Osteosarcoma. Apparently the family reached out to Make-A-Wish who set up Miley to meet with Miley at a recording studio in LA.
However, the promising day did not seem to work out the way it should have!
Here’s what one family friend said:
“The family went to Los Angeles and were put off for nearly a week before they met [Cyrus]. They finally met at the recording studio and from what I understand, Cyrus was more interested in what she was doing in the studio than paying attention to the little girl.”
Another friend of the family added:
“From what I know, it was not a very good experience for them.”
However the Hodge family has NOT made any disparaging remarks about Ms. Cyrus. In fact, the father had this to say:
“My daughter met one of her idols. Period.”
As it is – Miley wasn├óΓé¼Γäót even the young girl├óΓé¼Γäós first choice!
She actually wanted to meet Justin Bieber, whom the family hopes will be able to meet with her soon — because she sadly doesn’t have much time left.
Her mother said:
“She loves Justin, his music and that he tells her never to give up on her dreams. Her dream is to meet him one day, only she doesn’t have many days left.”
We’re not sure what happened on that day with Miley, but we sincerely hope Justin can make a wish come true for this inspiring little girl.
That would make everything A-OK!!!
