The WeHo inking well has been featured on LA Ink, the series that followed Kat Von D and her many tatty tales.
And seeing as how Smiley has let the KittyKat tat her up before, we wouldn’t be surprised if this joint was a personal favorite off recommendation!

The twerker bee was spotted driven to the tattoo parlor by a bearded male friend — one whose name is not Liam Hemsworth. But after what we heard of his reported embarrassment following her VMA performance, we’re not too surprised that he couldn’t accompany her for another excursion on the wild side!
