The magazine’s cover story claims she has hit rock bottom, is hooking up randomly to numb her pain, has an obsession with drugs, and is constantly crying over Liam Hemsworth!
The cover even has Miley allegedly admitting, “I Need Help!”
This would get most people twerked up into a frenzy, but not Miley!
Rather than giving the magazine the foam middle finger, she decided to make the cover her Twitter profile picture!
Sometimes the best way to respond to rumors is highlight how ridiculous they are!
