Unlike Avril Lavigne who doesn’t allow her fans to touch her at all during her meet and greets, Miles let this fan get up close and personal!

Before her Bangerz concert at Nassau Colliseum in New York, Miley participated in a number of meet & greets for her fans but one in particular stood out — big time.
One of her fans named David apparently asked Miles to be his first and last kiss with a girl, and she obliged!
Not only that, but she allowed the super fan to grope her while she jokingly made a shocked expression! LOLz!
Ya’ll shouldn’t be surprised though. You’ve seen what she does in concerts! Some of her moves have even landed NBC in some pretty hot water with the FCC!
