Miley Cyrus is going through a bit of a wild and crazy phase.
That, or she’s finally just being who she really is.
Either way, there’s two things we can be certain of: she loves dogs and she loves kissing.
Hmm… but what if we combine the two…

Side note: at first we actually looked around for a small pony, then realizing her bedroom was too small for a horse, saw her cute hairdo. LOLz!
