From wrecking ball … to mirror ball!
Miley Cyrus was in Miami Beach Wednesday night to kick off Art Basel, and she definitely put on a show!
The 22-year-old was barely covered by a pair of metallic mirror ball pasties, a matching silver wig, and thick turquoise eye shadow.
Miley’s body wasn’t the only thing she revealed. She told the audience (which included host Tommy Hilfiger and new beau Patrick Schwarzenegger):
“Usually I don’t smoke weed and drink, well that’s a lie … usually I don’t smoke weed and drink on show days, but I felt like it was fine in Miami.”
Before her performance, Miley appeared to smoke a hand-rolled joint during a sound check.

This isn’t the first time Miley has worn pasties and not much else.
She channeled Lil Kim‘s infamous 1999 VMAs look two Halloweens ago.
We definitely think this latest look is a lil more crazy!
