Miley Cyrus‘ We Can’t Stop music video may be hot and kinda trippy with music, but without it, it’s pretty much the most terrifying thing you’ll see without hallucinating and/or listening to a lot of Pink Floyd.

After taking out the sound to the music video, the HIGHlarious folks over at CollegeHumor created ambient sound effects instead. The finished product?

Let’s put it this way. It’s like having your own personal nightmare directed by David Lynch, or watching the video from The Ring.

Some favorite jarring parts to look out for? The one too many ass slaps, Miley’s oddly violent wrestling at the party scene in the end, and of course, when Miley drags a taxidermied bobcat across the floor while staring into the camera as if to say “You shall never leave my dark mansion of visions.”
