Photogs spotted Miley Cyrus out and about the other night and noticed a lil something different about her! She a purposeful permanent scar on her pinky finger!
Miles got herself another tattoo! This time, a heart on pinky finger!
Sweet! (Course, it would’ve been a more welcomed surprise on her middle finger!)
