But that Miley Cyrus, she knows how to dress for an occasion, even if it is just sweltering heat.
Miles was spotted coming out of a store on Melrose, rocking her signature hot pants and a see-through knit top. But how come no sandals, BB? Your feet must be hating you trapped in the moist, sweaty boot prison!
