Miley Cyrus is working with Max Azria to create a collection for Walmart. 
Inspired by what Miley calls “kind of an edgy UK style,” the collection includes frilly blouses and high-waisted shorts.├é┬á
Fug!├é┬á At least it’s cheap – everything in the line is under $20!
