Mama Milla!!!
Milla Jovovich and her killer smize made an encore appearance Wednesday afternoon at the Cannes Film Festival premiere of All Is Lost.
After wearing that ridiculous bedazzled apron the day before, the model slash actress redeemed herself in a beautiful Armani gown with a jewel encrusted bodice and navy blue skirt.
It would have been nice to see her in a different color, but we’ll take what we can get. Besides, the frock is gorgeous!
