She’s literally the smallest dog in the world!!

Milly was measured from backbone to paw and her height is recorded at 3.8 inches!

She’s even verified by Guinness World Records! So it’s official!

That’s so tiny! Squeeeeee!!!

She’s a brown chihuahua and she lives with her owner Vanesa Semler in Dorado, Puerto Rico.

She is so stinkin’ tiny and so dang cute we don’t even know what to do with ourselves!
