Mischa Barton Calls Dancing With The Stars The Real Life Hunger Games -- And Says She Got Told Off By Her Own Dancer!

no title
We doubt she’ll be volunteering for any all-star seasons…
When Mischa Barton was first cast on Dancing with the Stars back in March, we assumed her nostalgia-heavy narrative would carry her well into the competition.
Unfortunately, that was not the case — because The O.C. actress and pro partner Artem Chigvintsev were actually the SECOND couple to sashay away during Season 22!

But even though both Nyle DiMarco and Laurie Hernandez have won the ABC reality series since her elimination, Mischa is clearly not over her curtain getting called… because she’s still talking about it nine months later!
In an interview with The Ringer on Tuesday, the 30-year-old compared the “awful” DWTS to IRL Hunger Games, saying:

“I was supposed to control the costumes, I was told that I could do the design aspect of it, that’s kind of the reason why I agreed to do it. That didn’t happen. It wasn’t collaborative like a choreographer on a film set… I was so confused by it. It was like The Hunger Games. It was all a popularity contest. It was awful. I was so glad to get kicked off.”

Drama!
But that wasn’t even the juiciest part:

“I had no idea it would be so bad… I got told off by my dancer.”

J’accuse!!!
While she didn’t mention Artem by name, she was only there for two weeks… how many other dancers could possibly be “her dancer”?
So, Perezcious Readers — Do U think the DWTS pro will ever respond?!
