Mischa Barton Treats Her Dog To Lunch

Mischa Barton was spotted out and about in Malibu yesterday.
How did the lovely lady spend the beautiful El Lay day??
She took her pupster to lunch with a friend!
They were eating at the Malibu Country Mart and we bet it was delicious.
At least Mischa’s fluffy doggy looked like he was having fun.
He got to go smell around Malibu and hang out with his mama!
We hope he got some scraps!!
