Thankfully Rumer‘s reign of terror is over!
The Golden Globes has passed on the crown of Miss Golden Globe to Mavis Spencer, daughter to actress Alfre Woodard!
And 18-year-old Spencer says she’s thrilled with being chosen to be 2010’s Miss Golden Globe!
“There’s a long, rich history of people that have done this and when my mom approached me a couple of weeks ago and she said I had the opportunity to do this, I was really excited about it,” said Mavis.
