Is Tom Cruise hard up for cash?
We can’t even remember when he had his last hit movie!
As we mentioned before, Cruise is apparently still trying to get Mission: Impossible 4 on the big screen.
Why???
In fact, he’s even reached out to Star Trek director J.J. Abrams to produce the sequel.
According to Adams, who directed Mission: Impossible III, he says “I am incredibly honored that Tom has invited me back as a producer on Mission: Impossible 4. Tom and I have come up with a really cool idea we are pursuing.”
However, MI3 made the least amount of money from the franchise, bringing in about $400 million compared to the almost $550 million the second flick brought in.
Somehow we’re thinking this movie might bomb.
But, then again, it’s a good brand, right?
