Unlike the dead parrot, not only are the chances of a Monty Python reunion alive and well, it’s actually happening!
Known for their killer jokes, old Pythons John Cleese, Terry Jones, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle and Michael Palin will be reuniting for a stage show!
Eric teased the news yesterday on Twitter regarding an upcoming press conference:
Only three days to go till the Python Press Conference. Make sure Python fans are alerted to the big forthcoming news event.

Their reunion was officially confirmed however by Terry today:
“We’re getting together and putting on a show – it’s real. I’m quite excited about it. I hope it makes us a lot of money. I hope to be able to pay off my mortgage!”
We’re so excited for their HIGHlarious circus to fly again! This news will definitely make us walk silly the rest of the day!
