What really went down between these two reality stars?! The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jessi Ngatikaura claims there’s a whole lot more to the affair story!
If you watched Season 2 all the way through, you know about the rumors of cheating with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette! The Mormon Wives traveled to Italy for a girls’ trip and made a Hulu crossover appearance on the second season of Vanderpump Villa. There, Marciano initially caught feelings for Demi Engemann — but never acted on them. (Or so she says!) Instead, he allegedly got with her former best friend and married co-star, Jessi! Damn, that’s messy, y’all! Even for a show with Vanderpump in the title!
The rumor first came up on camera when her cast mentioned a blind item that Jessi and Marciano were spotted making out at TomTom. She shut down the allegation, saying if she did cheat, she wouldn’t be “dumb enough” to do it publicly. However, when Layla Taylor sat down with Marciano to get to the bottom of the rumors, he dropped a bombshell! He claimed they didn’t just kiss — they slept with each other! Multiple times! And don’t forget, “Mormon Wives” ain’t just a TV title, this woman is still married! If this is the truth, she cheated on her husband, Jordan! Marciano said:
“We have tried meeting up [to continue the affair]. Jordan doesn’t know the truth about how extensive it was. It was not just a one-time hookup thing. It was not some one-night stand.”
And the season ended there! Jessi didn’t get to respond to the rumors on camera… yet! The show teased that the hard conversation between her and Jordan is coming! However, things don’t look great between them now! Divorce rumors have been swirling online for weeks! She posted less with him on social media and even ditched her wedding ring at one point. Oof.

Now, Jessi is speaking out about all the drama in a new interview with Bustle on Thursday. She first addressed the ending scene between him and Layla, saying:
“That was definitely a hard watch. We are continuing filming, so you guys will see this story unfold. I would say that viewers can look forward to me being very vulnerable and going behind the curtain of my real life and marriage. I think it’s going to help a lot of women.”
The hairstylist can’t say much about what is going on due to the show, but what does she have to say for herself in the meantime? She insists Marciano lied — about some of it, anyway? She said:
“Because of the show, I can’t say much about it. But relationships are really hard, and people make mistakes. I will say that it’s not what he made it sound. What he said was not accurate. I wish I could speak now, but…”
Ugh! We wish she could, too! We want answers about the “mistakes!” But don’t expect any clarification on anything past that either! Her lips are sealed for now.
While fans are still in the dark about what happened, it’s safe to say Jessi is pissed off at the former server over the situation! She went on to call Marciano “a piece of s**t.” And the business owner isn’t the only one upset! Her hubby is, too! Jessi continued:
“He wasn’t happy. We knew about it before the show came out, but it’s different when you hear about something versus actually seeing it. I’m pretty sure he wanted to beat his ass.”
Damn! Ultimately, Jessi thinks the entire ordeal is “going to open up a bigger conversation about marriage and relationship dynamics and how hard it can be.” And that’s all she will say on the matter at this time.
