The Final Five (Minus Gabby Douglas) Shine Brighter Than Their Gold Medals At The MTV VMAs Red Carpet

We see you, ladies!
Forget the Olympics, the ladies of the U.S. Women’s Gymnastics team totally made a statement on the MTV VMAs red carpet! How?
Well, Simone Biles, Laurie Hernandez, Aly Raisman, and Madison Kocian essentially wore red carpet versions of their competitive leotards. In fact, the group may’ve even shone brighter than their gold medals as they each donned different glittery ensembles.
Unfortunately, Gabby Douglas was MIA from the Hollywood event as she was in disposed due to a mystery illness. Whomp, whomp!
Still, being the constant team player she is, Miz Douglas took to Instagram to cheer on her fabulous teammates. The American athlete posted:
