Apparently, authorities found him reeking of booze inside a still-running vehicle parked at an intersection in Deltona. When he refused a sobriety test, he became so belligerent that the cops had to stun him TWICE just to get a pair of handcuffs on him! On the way to be booked, he smashed his face into the roof of the patrol car and then spit blood at the law!
So you can IMAGINE that he wasn’t exactly compliant when he got to the station and was required to take his mugshot!
Yeah. That’s correct – those are the arms of deputies forcing his head in place!
