The Mulholland Dr actress was looking extra sparkly for the J. Edgar premiere in Hollywood, CA last night.
Naomi Watts donned a Stella McCartney gown, featuring a plunging neck-line and thigh-high slit to show off her well-cared-for skin.
She completes the dress with a long, gold necklace and silver, strappy heels.
