NeNe Leakes' Husband Has Stage Three Colon Cancer

During the season 11 premiere of Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe and Gregg Leakes opened up about some pretty scary health news.
The couple went public with his health news over the summer but didn’t reveal the diagnosis, stage three colon cancer, until the Bravo premiere.

NeNe got candid during the episode about staying strong through the diagnosis for her husband and son:

“It’s a very hard role to take care of someone. I feel like, if I crumble, then Gregg and Brentt—it’s going to be over. I just feel like I have to be the strong voice.”
