We are SO ready for the return of Her Minajesty!
Last we heard about Nicki Minaj’s next album, we learned that Pink Friday producer Kane Beatz was working with her again…and we had also heard that she was being VERY selective with which songs make it onto the release!
Now, the album release is getting close, and Cash Money boss Birdman has got a couple of updates for us:
“Nicki’s back in the studio, so we’re looking to drop Nicki in the first quarter.”
And here’s Birdman on whether or not a new single might drop in 2011:
“Maybe this year? I don’t know. We’re really thinking it out. But she’s in the studio, and we’re looking real soon, because she’s ready to go and we’re ready to go with her.”
Very exciting! Let’s hope Nicki tears it up big time on the new album like she did on that Big Sean track!!!!!
