An aspiring model is making so explosive claims in a new lawsuit against former America’s Next Top Model judge Nole Marin.
Nicholas Hamman-Howe says he met Marin at a party in 2007, where he told Howe that he could a great career as model with that “extraordinary physique” of his.
The two eventually met up in October at Nole’s apartment for a photo shoot and once Nicholas stripped down to his underwear, things started getting sexual.
According to the suit, Marin fondled the naive model wannabe and made lewd comments. Hamman-Howe says he “was shocked and repulsed and pushed defendant Nole Marin away, shouting, ‘This is not what I want to do!”.
Before getting the hell out of there, the ANTM alum said: “It’s a very sexual industry” and it’s “all about who you know and what they’ll do for you”.
Creepy.
There was no communication between Nicholas and Nole following their sexual encounter until March of this year.
In a text, Marin told the young man he could earn up to $120,000 for an Armani campaign, adding “I want you to be an underwear king!!!”.
Hamman-Howe fell into his trap and once again found himself in the stylist’s apartment. Marin even reached into his underwear while telling him he could be a superstar in exchange for favors of the sexual nature.

No word on how much the guy is seeking, but we’re sure it’ll be a hefty amount.
