Looks like Nicole’s got a bunch of projects on the horizon!
Last we heard from Nicole Kidman, she posted a personal video message to her fans from the set of her latest project Hemingway and Gellhorn.
Perhaps our next video message from Nicole will be from the set of Precious director Lee Daniels‘ movie Paperboy, because she’s in talks to star in the film now that Sofia Vergara dropped out due to conflicts with her Modern Family shooting schedule.
Other actors currently attached to the film are Zac Efron and Matthew McConaughey. Tobey Maguire WAS also attached to the project…but who knows what’s going on with him these days? LOLz.
The film is about “a reporter and his brother who investigate the events surrounding a murder in order to exonerate a man on death row.”
If Nicole signs on to the film, she’ll play “a woman with a dark side who writes letters to men on death row. She brings the case to the attention of the reporter, developing a relationship with him.”
Sounds like it could be a solid choice for Nicole’s next project. Intriguing enough premise. We’d say go for it!
