
Nicole Richie was spotted leaving the gym yesterday.
She had on her standard anti-paparazzi gear (big sunglasses) and her post-workout healthy smoothie!
We’re glad to see her working out so much and eating properly.
She’s looking so good! She’s got a healthy glow now! Look at that flawless skin!
Starving yourself is not the way to go.
Eating healthy, coupled with a regular fitness routine will do wonders!
Even if it’s just walking 30 minutes a day, get out there and do something!
