Nikki Garcia will be forced to pay Artem Chigvintsev a LOT in child support!
After an incredibly messy breakup — the Dancing with the Stars alum’s domestic violence arrest, restraining orders, lots of nasty allegations — the co-parents finally settled their divorce in November 2024. But until now, the details have been kept a secret. Thanks to a judge finally signing off on the terms, we know exactly what the exes agreed upon — and Nikki is taking the biggest hit financially.

TMZ obtained the legal docs on Friday, and they show the former WWE wrestler agreed to pay the dancer $3,500 a month! She’ll also hand over a six-figure lump sum of $200,000! Damn! She was required to pay the first half now with the rest to follow by the end of the year. And after he allegedly hit her? Oof.
That’s not it, either!
Nikki is also responsible for footing the bill for Matteo‘s speech therapist. That said, the parents will split the cost of all the 4-year-old’s other extracurricular activities. The Total Bellas star also gets to keep all of the trusts in her name, including Stephanie Nicole Garcia Entertainment and Bonita Bonita.
As for custody agreements, they have planned to divide major holidays evenly, trading off each year. They were previously granted joint custody of their son.
When news of the settlement was announced, a source told TMZ they came to a quick agreement after mediation because the split had been so emotionally draining — and lawyers are expensive. You can kinda tell Nikki was ready to put this all behind her and move on! Maybe she figured she’d be forced to spend even more if this was dragged out?
