Nikki Garcia ‘s sister Brie Garcia is throwing some shade!
On Wednesday, it was announced that Artem Chigvintsev would NOT face charges following his domestic violence arrest late last month for an incident in Napa, California.
At the time, the Dancing with the Stars pro called 911 after an alleged altercation apparently with his wife, the pro wrestler formerly known as Nikki Bella. He claimed she’d been throwing shoes at him and that they needed medical attention. But he then called back a few minutes later denying the need for emergency services.
Naturally, authorities still went over to perform a welfare check, and they ended up arresting Artem on a charge of felony corporal injury to a spouse — something they could only do if they saw visible injuries on the victim. That said, Nikki was never formally named as the victim in the case, since the individual asked for full confidentiality.

Just weeks later, however, the WWE star filed for divorce, so this very much led to the end of their relationship. She’s been leaning on her twin sister in the days since this scary order, too. And now Brie is showing her just as much support!!
Following news of the zero charges against Artem, Brie took to her Instagram Story to post a cryptic quote calling out “lies” on Wednesday! It read:
“The truth always comes out in the end, no matter how hard anyone tries to hide it or stop it. Lies are just a temporary delay to the inevitable.”
She included a “loading” battery sticker, and the quote was credited to a Facebook group titled “Narcissistic Personality Disorder Mother Facebook Resource Page.” Oof! That could’ve just been a coincidence, but she kinda seems like she’s calling him a narcissist, too!
Such an interesting time to talk about “the truth” considering that’s something Artem emphasized during his own statement to E! News on Wednesday!! At the time, he said:
“I am incredibly relieved and grateful that the domestic violence charges against me have been dropped. This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am grateful that the truth has prevailed.”
So, one of them is insisting the truth has been revealed and the other is claiming there’s lots more to the story?? Hmm. We’ll have to stay tuned to see who is right!
So far, Nikki has not publicly commented on the arrest or divorce — although she has been seen out and about without her wedding ring on, so that’s telling! We hope she’s doing okay in light of all this! Glad to see her sis has seemingly got her back no matter what tho!
