Though, if you have to have a reason to drop out of Iron Man 3, it’s nice that the reason is that you’re just too busy with work because you’re so in demand!

Jessica Chastain has had to drop from Iron Man 3 for that very reason.
Here’s what the Oscar-nominted actress said of the unfortunate — but understandable — decision:
“Sorry to say that Iron Man 3 isn’t going to work out. My schedule is jammed packed and I can’t fit anything else in. The press announced my possible attachment far too soon. I know many of you wanted me to be involved, and I’m so sorry to disappoint you. Hopefully there’ll be another Marvel film in my future. Shane Black and everyone on the IM3 team are really wonderful. I’m very excited to see the film when it comes out. xx”
Apparently she was up for a role that was a “sexy scientist” who was just as smart as Tony Stark!
We wonder who will get it now?? We were looking forward to her being part of it!
