Ladiez and gents, you have Justin Timberlake to thank for making your teenage dreams come true at the VMAs last night.
Even though it always seemed like JT would be the one holding out on an *NSYNC reunion, as it turns out, he made it happen!
JC Chasez spoke with Ryan Seacrest about the greatest thing to pop up from under the floor since Destiny’s Child. And let us tell you, we’re loving the deets he dished!
As if we needed another reason to swoon over JT! JC revealed:
“Justin gave me a buzz and he said, ‘Hey man, listen. I’m getting this award and they have given me a pile of time to perform and we started our careers at MTV and I think we should get the band back together.’ … It really was about him and all that he’s accomplished, but he wanted to acknowledge that part of his career so we all decided to do it.”
And even though we won’t be getting more from these dancing kings anytime soon, we’ll never count another reunion out for good because it sounds like the boys just love being together too much!
JC added:
“Literally, two minutes after seeing everybody you feel like no time has passed. Essentially everybody has remained the same and we all see each other at different times ├óΓé¼┬ª but this was the first time we had a rehearsal together in 10 years, so everyone was going, ‘Can we go through this one more time slowly?’├óΓé¼┬ª so that part was pretty funny.”

We’re sure they’ll still have the moves another ten years from now…but we hope we don’t have to wait that long to see them!
