Lindsay Lohan looks like she’d already done some pAArtying before arriving at photographer Mario Testino‘s book launch in Paris Monday night.
The girl is just a mess. The sequin hot pants, the bow, that velvet shrug – it’s just all too much. Again.
And what the heck is up with her raised eyebrow lately? Did the doctor accidentally miss when pumping up her lips???
Whatever the cause is, it needs to stop because it’s not sexy and it makes you look more whacked out than you already are.
