Old Navy Apologizes To Parents For Lead-Filled Spider-Man Rain Jackets

Old Navy is taking full responsibility for selling a cute Spider-Man children’s rain jacket that “exceeds permissible levels of lead”.
The retailer sent out a letter to the 140 parents who purchased the jacket in January to apologize for the oversight and request they send it back for a full refund.
Old Navy even offered each customer a $25 online gift certificate as “a gesture of appreciation”.
Good for them for doing the right thing!
