James Lafferty is now a dad!
The One Tree Hill alum announced in a joint Instagram post on Friday with his wife, Alexandra Park, that they welcomed their first child together! And it apparently happened MONTHS ago! The couple shared a black-and-white photo of their hands holding the hand of their newborn, whose name is River Jay Lafferty. Aww! The caption read:
“Love has new meaning. River Jay Lafferty – 12/4/2025”

For those who don’t know, James first met Alexandra in 2015 when he directed a few episodes of the show The Royals, in which the Australian actress starred as Princess Eleanor Henstridge. They began dating and got engaged five years later. In 2022, they tied the knot in Hawaii. And now, they have a baby together! Amazing! We’re so happy for them!
