Can you get a law degree between now and August??
For Oscar Pistorius‘s sake, we hope so!
Oscar represented himself in a pretrial hearing yesterday — for a whole 15 minutes — as Magistrate Daniel Thulare postponed the case ’til August so police can complete their investigation. Oscar is accused in the shooting death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
Interestingly enough, it wasn’t Oscar’s request for the extension — it was the prosecution. We guess they want as much time as possible to create an air-tight case against the double-amputee Olympian! Oscar only had one thing to say during Tuesday’s hearing, and it was this:
“Yes, your honor.”
With pretrial shizz still needing finishing, the trial itself is not expected to start before September at the earliest!
We wonder if he’ll get a lawyer by that point or if he’ll continue to represent himself!
