Before we see Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games, we get to see her as The Riddler’s wife on the red carpet!!
Ha!! JK… but really, this Chadwick Bell gown does look a bit comic-ish, no??
Elizabeth accessorized her polka-dotted peacock look with some Bulgari jewelry.
As always, her face was flawless… and she’s one of the only ones who can properly work an up do.
