Kat Graham looked absolutely flawless in her black tuxedo dress by Lloyd Klein!!
Partying with the greats at Elton John’s viewing party, Kat had just spent part of her day as an E! correspondent on all things red carpet with Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic!
Observing Tina Fey’s peplum dress, she commented:

The cut on it is very interesting. If you can swap color for anything, I think it should be cut. She’s so sexy and she’s funny, so I think that brings it out.
