Meryl Streep Not Exactly Happy About Winning The Oscar

As the winners at the Academy Awards were making their way into the Governors’ Ball ET caught up with them for a few quick questions.
They grabbed Meryl Streep and asked how she felt about winning the award for Best Actress.
She said:

“Sadly├óΓé¼┬ª I had been reading the blogs in the awards run-up and I had a fairly full sense of how the momentum was going.
I felt that ‘Oh, God, half of America is really mad now that I won.”

We can understand feeling bad that to win the award you had to beat Viola Davis but you can’t be a little happy for yourself??
There’s always gonna be haters out there, you just gotta be happy for you, gurl!
