Giuliana Rancic Wears Just Another Black Dress To The Oscars

Consider us underwhelmed.
For the biggest red carpet of the year, Giuliana Rancic decided to play it safe.
The E! News personality looked perfectly fine at the Oscars, but unimpressive in a black Rafael Cennamo gown styled with very simple accessories.
She did shock fans a little with a much shorter hairstyle that could have been a nice decision, but it would have looked better if it were a bit more sleek.
Although, considering she’ll be interviewing the nominees, maybe she just wanted to make sure to not steal the limelight from anyone.
In that case, well-played!
