She recently tweeted:

“I want a puppy. I just don’t know what kind I want … Hummmmmmmm decisions decisions.”

Among the hundreds of responses from her followers, Miley Cyrus tweeted to her:

“Ohhh let me help you find a rescue.”

After seeing all of Miley’s recent pics of her and her cute pup Ziggy, Khloe responded:

“You have the cutest pups! I trust your puppy judgment!”

Way to step in Miley and make sure she gets a rescue dog!
