Meet Anderson Pooper: The Paralyzed Racing Pooch Who's About To Make Your Day!

Anderson Pooper wont let her disability keep her off the race track!
If this story doesn’t give you all the feels, we don’t know what will!
7-year-old dachshund Anderson Pooper was dealt a pretty rough hand paw, as both of her back legs are paralyzed after her spine was injured during an accident!
However, her owners Dave and Brenda Sizer say her disability hasn’t kept her from being a VERY active pup! In fact, they say one of her favorite things to do is to run:

“She loves running. Any chance she gets she’s all in for it. We’ll take her to the coast and she’ll run on the beach and we have a hard time keeping up with her.”

Surprisingly, Anderson Pooper loves running so much that she’s a regular at the race track!
Dave and Brenda have equipped the paralyzed pooch with her own set of wheels to help her run, and they say she’s quickly become a fan favorite at local dog races!
But if you’re planning on greeting the little speedster, don’t feel sorry for her because her owners say she’s doing just fine:

“A lot of times people see her and go ‘awww, poor thing.’ We always say ‘don’t feel sorry for her.’ She couldn’t care less her legs don’t work. She’s as happy as she could be.”

Talk about a truly inspirational pup!
Oh, and if you’re wondering how she earned her absolutely hilarious name, it’s because her owners say she’s as good at pooping as she is at running! We gotta admit, that’s a little TMI, but it’s still freaking adorable!
Ch-ch-check out Anderson Pooper in action (below)!
