Sounds like Paris is in a LOT more trouble than we thought!
Previous reports claimed no one got hurt during Tuesday night’s Paris Hilton vs. Paparazzo scuffle.
Apparently someone is trying to cash in actually did get injured!
Billy Barrera, the shutterbug that suffered the wrath of Hilton, says he’s hurt — and he plains to sue the heiress. (Fake Gasp!)
While on the way to his lawyers office, Barrera told reporters:
“It’s [suing] not my style, but honestly? I’m in a lot of pain.”
Billy says he sustained injuries to his arm, wrist, neck and head.
We assume the embarrassment from being hurt by a 100 lb woman who, according to Barrera, was “totally drugged out” must be pretty painful too! LOL!
But srsly, if he reeeeeally is hurt, Paris could be in some deep shiz as the dude plans to file with the police later today.
UGH! Can celebs PLEASE stop beating up photographers?!? Just IGNORE them! It works out better for everyone that way!
