Paris Hilton is discussing motherhood… And what’s (hopefully) coming next!
Now that Paris has officially welcomed her first child, and shared with us his ultra-special name — Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum — the hotel heiress is looking at the future, and the prospect of MORE babies! While appearing as Glamour UK’s February digital cover star, The Simple Life alum opened up about her in-vitro fertilization (IVF) journey, explaining she froze eggs in her late 30s after childhood BFF Kim Kardashian made the recommendation:
“I went and did the one round of IVF, because Kim had told me about it. So I had eggs frozen.”
Shortly after that, she and now-husband Carter Reum began dating after hitting it off at a 2019 Thanksgiving event. The following year is when COVID-19 swept the world, and the new lovers discussed the possibility of taking Paris’ IVF process a step further. The 42-year-old recalled of the time:
“Carter and I had already been talking about the future and then the world was shut down, so I was like, ‘What do you think about us making embryos?’ And he said, ‘Yeah, let’s do it.’ And we’ve done it seven times… I have all boys. I have 20 boys.”

20 BOYS!!! Wow, Paris and Carter could potentially have a whole little army of heirs, LOLz! However, the This Is Paris star told the outlet she and her husband would really like a little girl one day, so she’s continuing on with the IVF treatments:
“I just went through the process again a month ago, so I’m waiting for the results to see if there’s any girls.”
Who else can totally see Paris with a little mini-me, both in matching tiaras and sparkly dresses??
The Stars Are Blind singer then dished that Kim was also the one who opened her eyes to surrogacy, adding that round two is already in the works:
“Kim told me about that [surrogacy] as well. I’m using the same doctor, Dr. Huang, who’s the best and he has a concierge team that deals with everything and interviews the people [the surrogate] to make sure that they’re healthy. And we’re in the process of everything now, so it’s a lot.”
Sounds like if she and Carter can get that female embryo, they may have another addition to the family sooner rather than later! As for now, though, Paris is “obsessed” with her little boy:
“I’m so obsessed with my little angel and when he looks into my eyes, I just melt. He’s such a good baby.”
