Paris Jackson has stopped going to door-to-door for Jehovah’s Witness, despite her grandmother Katherine Jackson wanting her to continue it!
Here’s what a source had to say about it:
“Paris resented going door-to-door to raise money for Jehovah’s Witness, even though it was what her grandmother wanted. So, she dug her heels in a few months back and told Katherine she just doesn’t want to do it anymore — and Paris and Michael haven’t done it since. Paris just feels she’s more grown up now, and while she’s not renouncing her Christian values, she doesn’t believe collecting money for Jehovah’s Witness is something she wants to do forever.”
But it wasn’t just going door-to-door that was bothering Paris, but the asking for donations part!
The source continued:
“Paris was also concerned that asking for donations locally would make her, Prince Michael and their family appear like the ‘weirdos’ in the area. She has her own goals in life now and her own dreams. She wants to continue with her acting career, loves playing the guitar and would welcome the opportunity to follow in her father Michael’s footsteps into pop music.”
Hopefully Katherine will respect Paris’ decision in this situation.
She’s obviously not feeling it anymore, and at this point she’s definitely getting old enough to find her own path when it comes to religion’s role in her life.
